  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.


    Check-out: until 11:00 am.


    Late check-out: Subject to availability. (extra cost)

  • Where can I park?

    For your convenience, each accommodation includes free parking for one vehicle inside the park. There is also parking space available in the camping area (additional fee).

  • What are the reception opening hours?

    Between October 1st and May 31st

  • What are the restaurant opening hours?

    October 1st to May 31st

  • What payment methods are accepted?

  • Does the accommodation have bed and bath linen?

    We would like to inform you that we do not provide bed and bath linen as part of our services. Please remember to bring these items with you to ensure a comfortable stay. We have sleeping bags available for rent.

  • Do the accommodations have a kitchen?

    We would like to inform you that our accommodation is not equipped with a kitchen. However, we do provide barbecue grills and a dishwashing area for your use. If you prefer, there are excellent restaurants nearby, as well as a snack bar inside the park to meet your needs.

  • Do the accommodations have electricity?

    Our accommodation has electricity and heating for your comfort. We recommend bringing an extension cord as this will make it easier to access electricity as needed, providing an even more convenient experience during your stay.

  • Is there a swimming pool?

    We would like to inform you that, although we do not have a swimming pool in the park, we are privilegedly located close to the waterfalls and the Fafião River.

  • Is there a minimarket?

    We would like to inform you that we do not have a minimarket inside the park. However, there is a convenient option just a 6-minute walk away. For a greater variety, two supermarkets are located in Vila do Gerês, accessible in approximately 15 minutes by car.

  • What are the bathrooms like?

    We offer hot water shower (included in the price) on our premises, with dedicated spaces for men, women and accessibility for disabled people.
